"I bought this product a few weeks ago. First, when I opened the box, the oven didn't look like the one on the box--it was mostly black, as opposed to the stainless one advertised. Well, aesthetics aside, I used it anyway. It was great for 3 weeks, then it just quit working. I hope I can send it back for a refund (or replacement). My son used it for (frozen) french bread pizza, and I liked it for crispy english muffins. I would imagine it works for other things too--I just didn't get the chance to experiment!"

"I just got it to replace my old Toster Oven! Thankfully a DVD came with it. The first thing I tried was toast! I found that Level 4 almost burned the toast for me. After several tries of lowering the Level (boy did I get full on toast) I got it just right and then I pressed set, then Toast. Now whenever I press TOAST it goes to the Level I set and I don't have to mess with it. They don't tell you this on the DVD or in the pamphlet I found it out by accident. Any way the toast comes out just right now. Bownies: put foil on them for half the time and then remove it. Other wise the brownies get a little burnt on top but are still very good. Every thing I have cooked so far has come out very good It does take a little bit of a learning curve like with anything else we get that is different. But, after you learn how to use it it is great. I personaly wouldn't want to go back to a regular Toaster Oven. If you are willing to learn a new way of cooking this is a great oven. I highly recommend it because it cooks faster and everything tastes great. I wish it didn't cost so much but then things when they first come out always seem to cost more. So, far that is my only complaint."

"I do not like it. I have paid 150 for it and what a disappointment!!!. it burns everything on the top while the bottom is uncooked. HATE IT"

"I have a small convection oven I used a lot,I had to preheat it--then when I saw this I thought-humm, sounds good, and it's even better than I thought it would be. I am saving by not having to preheat-it makes crispy fries and onion rings in 9 minutes---even macaroni in a small dish just for me--chicken is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside---my kitchen doesn't get hot--one nice thing--I can take it on my porch-or anywhere that I can plug in---its the best-buy it you'll love it. Thanks

"I recommend this to everyone, young and old! I use mine alomst everyday. I have cut my cooking time alomst in half using this product. Anything from dinner rolls, to super easy "quick foods" to delicious steaks, everything comes out perfect. Don't think twice, BUY IT!!!!"
