"I really enjoyed using my slow cooker until the glass lid shattered. They only replacement I can find is $45.00 . For that amount, it would be cheaper to buy another cooker."

"I bought this cooker several months back and even though the lid doesn't fit evenly I still kept it and use it all the time. I am disappointed because I recently put a piece of frozen chicken in it and turned it on high. The spot where the frozen chicken was then popped and the ceramic bowl cracked. It was a lesson learned, however I went on line and the price of a new bowl is 80.00. There is no way a cheap piece of ceramic should cost that much. I can buy a new $25.00 Rivel Cookers that works just fine. I'm very disappointed. I'll be buying the cheaper version from now on."

"I know this is a bit pricey for a slow cooker but the high quality really does make a difference. There are no hot spots in this cooker and it is heavy duty. Don't let the price scare you....it is worth the money."

"I've used my slow cooker several times and I love it! Easy to use and even EASIER to clean. Being able to take the ceramic pot out to clean it is so helpful, just let it soak and it almost cleans itself! Everything I've made in it has turned out delicious. I highly recommend this Slow Cooker...you can buy a cheaper one and a cheaper product is exactly what you'll get (I know I've gone the cheap route), this one is definitely worth the money invested."

"i bought this back in december but it seemed to be sold out so i couldn't get my review in until now. this is very nice, cooks well and is versatile. i am in hopes that this is the last slow cooker i will ever purchase. the deal maker for me was it is MADE IN THE USA!!! this is a substantial weight slow cooker. it's not light."
