"I love this coffee maker. It brews the coffee very fast and tastes great. What is wrong with running hot water in the carafe before brewing? I even put hot water in my coffee cup to heat the cup before I put the coffee in it? Well worth the cost. Looks great on the counter also."

"I've owned this coffee maker for about a year. While it's a sleek design and brews a good cup of coffee, the thermal carafe does not keep the coffee hot for very long. By the time I get to my third cup, I'm having to heat it in the microwave. Also, the reason I'm on here looking for a new coffee maker is because after a year of normal use, it now spits steam everywhere during the brew process. I can start out with 8 cups of water and I'll wind up with about 7 cups of coffee after all the steam spits out the top and all over the cabinets."

"This coffeemaker has a great space-saving design and I like most how fast it brews. It seems I press the brew button and do a couple of things and it has already finished and is ready. I would like it even more if you didn't need to put the carafe under hot water before brewing and if it had a twelve-cup capacity rather than ten."

"This coffeemaker is not only pleasing to the eye but makes a great cup of coffee. The carafe keeps the coffee hot, is simple to operate, and takes very little space on your kitchen counter. I really wanted to rate this coffeemaker 4 and half stars but the rating system won't allow it. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because you have to rinse the carafe out with hot water first before you make the coffee in order to extend the amount of time your coffee stays hot. Other than that it's a great product. For you coffee lovers, I recommend you grind your own coffee beans with the Capresso Coffee Grinder. What a difference it makes to a cup of coffee. QVC doesn't carry it yet but maybe they will soon."

"This design if very sleek. Its a beautiful coffee pot. Makes the coffee very hot and stays that way. The only few minor flaws are the lid on the pot is sometimes hard to grip to turn, and the spout if not tipped just right will drip, but overall I am happy with the purchase. Goodlettsville, Tenn."
