"The item was defective when I got it. After struggling with small washers, etc to put the wheels on the base, the base would not fit into the unit as the unit was crooked and the screw would not thread in to it. I can just imagine what return postage is going to be, and no I do not want another one."

"I bought 2 of these. They are everything as advertised except for the heating ability, it was very poor. I tried the product in 2 different homes hoping I could use it in one of them as I liked the size and the quiet, just didn't heat enough to be worth the electricity for it."

"I JUST ORDERED THE ONE THAT IS THE 360 DEGREE HEATER SINCE MY HOUSEMATE AND I FIGHT OVER THIS ONE BECAUSE I KEEP THE HOUSE AT 60. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TYPES OF PORTABLE HEATERS. THIS IS NOT GOING TO INSTANTLY WARM A COLD ROOM BUT IT WILL BE A COZY HEAT AFTER IT DOES. THE SMELL IS TEMPORARY. ANOTHER NICE HEAT IS A PORTABLE ELECTRIC FIREPLACE."

"When I first got this item it worked but didn't put out much heat. After two weeks, one side quit working altogether. Had to send it back."

"I liked the idea of a slim unit. It does heat up quickly. I was hoping to feel the heat more. From 5 feet away you really don't feel extreme warmth until it's much closer. Easy to handle and works very well. I would recommend it."
