"I believe this fan description is wrong. Honeywell makes very quiet fans, with a nice design. But there is absolutely no way this is a "high velocity, turbo force" fan. At best it slightly moves the air in a small room, but that's about it. They shouldn't advertise it as a turbo force fan."

"From the picture I thought it was going to be taller but it is just the right size and much quieter than my old fan. It circulates the air very well without the big noise."

"I really like this fan which can be placed on the floor or table. It is VERY quiet,you forget it is on but it is powerful. Being able to rotate the separate sections or use only one at a time gives you alot of control about how much air you want. Excellent Value !"
