"This dehumidifier was delivered yesterday (7/30). I immediately plugged it in, in my basement. Before we went to bed last night we actually dumped the tank 3 times. This morning the odor is gone, the floor is no longer damp, and the humidity came down from 89% when we plugged it in, to 58% this evening. It works great and I highly recommend it, even though it's only been 24 hours. Thanks QVC for another great product."

"I purchased this product for my bakery. We are in a very humid area and this has made a real difference. I have hooked the hose up to a floor drain so it continuously drains without having to empty the bucket. We noticed a difference in the drying time for our sugar products within 24 hours of having the unit on. I am buying a 2nd one for another area. If you have a humidity problem this is the best unit!"

"I've been at my wit's end in a rental house with a really musty basement since September- tried all kinds of things to alleviate the problem- air fresheners, activated charcoal, you name it. Was hesitate to buy a dehumidifier because of the expense, but decided it was either try it or just move out. Well, let me tell you, within 2 days I began to notice a real difference!! And, today is a week and I can actually go into the basement without having to hold my breath! What a great product- I have emptied out the bucket once (it does shut off when full, so you don't need to worry about overflowing) and I am totally happy with my purchase. (Best of all, my landlord has agreed to reimburse me for the cost.) If you have problems with a smelly/musty basement BUY THIS DEHUMIDIFIER! You won't be sorry!"
