"I bought this item as I had owned one similar to it in the past. However, this one didn't work. I assembled it easily, but found that the bottles would not dispense the water properly into the system. Unfortunately, for me, I did not save the packaging to return it or I would have. Have written customer service about this....am awaiting a reply."

"I have purchased Humidifiers in the past but not one comes close to this product. I have a 1850sq.ft single storey home and this product works great. No more electric shocks when I touch things. The water bottles are easy to handle and last 3-5days before needing to be refilled. I did a lot or research before choosing this product and I am very happy with it. It also comes in white but the light oak is really a good choice."

"This item was easy to set-up. I had it up and running within 30 minutes of unpacking. This is one of the best items that I have purchased from QVC. My house was so dry from forced-air heat and a wood-burning stove that my family and pets had major dry skin issues. The static electricity was horrible! One hour after start-up we could feel the difference in the air!! It is also one of the easiest humidifiers in regards to refilling the water tanks. Both tanks come with handles on both ends and a great hose to make filling the tanks a breeze!! Kudos to QVC for offering another awesome product!!!"
