"I purchased this player back in December,but I wanted to wait awhile before writing a review.I haven't had any major problems with it so far....I had to reboot the whole system a few times,but so far so good.I like this one a lot better than my Sansa player....it was too small and I almost lost it several times.I didn't like the headphones that came with this player,so I bought some Skullcandy earbuds that work great.I like that I can import pictures too.I haven't imported any video yet,but I'm not very adept at stuff like that so I'll have someone else do that if I want it.I just wish that I would have thought to buy a screen protector for it,because the screen seems to scratch easily.A good purchase so far."

"I just received this MP3 player yesterday so still learning everything about it. First I purchased this to replace my six year on Creative Nomad Zen Xtra 30GB and I couldn't me more happy. The screen is beautiful. Using Creative's software I have converted a movie and a tv show for the unit and they look beautiful on the unit itself. I love the menu system and like that it displays album art. I listen to Opie & Anthony daily via MP3 download and it is nice being able to bookmark where I left off in the four hour broadcast. I put a bunch of pictures of my one year old daughter on it and they look fantastic. I would recommend this player to everyone!"

"I bought this MP3 player in May, 2008. It was seldom used but still stopped working completely in August, 2008. I wanted to return for repair since it is suppossed to have a 1 year warranty. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an address from "CREATIVE" for returns, either by phone or email. The only way I found to get a live person on the phone was to pay $12.95 for a technician to help you make your own repairs!"

"I just ordered this and received it, the shipping package was crushed but I thought I'd try it anyways. After 4 hours of charging, the unit will not power on, I'm going to ship this thing back to QVC in the morning. Would not recommend anyone purchasing this."

"I've never been able to get this to work. I purchased for my nephew back in November for a birthday present in June. It constantly white screens. I have tried everything imaginable to get this to work and it just will not work. And being that it's so far outside of the 30 days I thought I couldn't do anything but I just chatted w/ QVC customer service and they proved to me again why I shop here. They are so awesome and I can return for a full refund. I may not be recommending this product but I recommend QVC to anyone and everyone I meet and this is one huge reason why. They are awesome."

"I bought this and have nothing but rave reviews. Ripping songs was a breeze. My favorite feature is the built in FM radio. I am not very technical and this was so easy to use. Even my 10 yr old can work it w/no trouble at all. Love it !!! My daughter can't wait till I buy her one of her own. You wont be dissapointed :) :) Once my co-workers saw mine they are getting one as well."

"I bought this product for my son for Christmas. I had to return the first one because it stopped working. QVC was great about returning the product. Sadly enough I recieved the second one (giving it another chance) and I have to return the second one as well, it stopped working in the middle of song and never came back on. I am really disappointed, since it was a Christmas present for my son."

"To quote Lisa Robertson, "Love, Love, Love." This thing is simple, easy to use, works with MS Windows Media Player, Looks great, small. If you are not a "techy" then this is your MP3 player. It is so easy to start using. The bass from this little player is amazing. I didn't think MP3 players had bass. The album art display is way cool. For the money, and believe me, don't spend less than $100 on a player, it is the best thing. I would highly recomend this to others, especially if they do not want to be locked into the "I" way."

"I purchased two for Christmas presents... like many of the other customers, ours too stopped working after a couple days. Just froze, couldn't get it to even re-set... I'm going to take a chance on Zen one more time and re-order once more... Hope next time is a charm..."

"I bought two of these, one for me and one for my husband. They are really easy to use and have great features! Plays both mp3s and WMAs, was great for storing pictures you might want to show others, and I had no problem putting video on. The problem is, mine didn't work properly. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. It would die during charging. I reset it twice which seemed to work, but the third time, it simply started to flash a white screen , could not turn on or off, could not be reset- so I sent it back, and am anxiously awaiting my new one. I'm more than willing to give it another shot, because my husband's works like a charm."

"I purchased this for a friend for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. I only gave it 4 Stars because it stopped working after a couple of weeks and I returned it for a replacement. This is a great player with excellent sound. Hopefully the replacement will last longer."

"I purchased this item a few months ago and am very happy with my purchase! I quickly figured out how to move all of my music files onto the player as well as pictures and even a few video files. The player did freeze on me the very first time I plugged it into my computer, but I just reset it and have had NO problems since. The battery lasts for a LONG time before it needs to be recharged. My only complaint is it doesn't really come with very good instructions for downloading videos. The website doesn't help either. I just had to search the internet and try to figure it out on my own. I don't use the video feature much so it isn't a big deal for me, but if you are looking to use this mainly for videos you might have trouble figuring that part out.
I love the FM tuner feature and the abililty to add more memory if necessary. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a upgrade or just getting their first mp3 player!"

"This is such a clear, easy to understand MP3 player. It's got a bonus SD card storage slot that makes switching out audio books a snap. It's a great purchase and small and easy to operate. The buttons are simple and straight forward - no guessing on what it's "supposed" to do. I would really recommend a case for it so the screen doesn't get scratched, but Zen has great options with that too."

far the most functional and easy to use that I have tried. It allows
songs to be put into categories in many different forms. The photo
viewer is also a plus. It has the FM tuner and a voice recorder. I have
added a1GB SD card and have my photos on that to save on space on the
tuner for MP3 and WMA files. NOTE: Add a pair of Bose triport earbuds
and you will be set for a awesome musical experience. Also has a great
preset equalizer that you can also customize for your own style.
