"I purchased 2 of these when it was the TSV one in blue for my son and pink for myself. I have not had any problems with mine and totally love it, but after only two month's my son's got the white screen as described by another reviewer. I contacted SanDisk's technical support via the internet and they have been very helpful. We tried everything they suggested with no luck. I finally asked them on Wednesday when could I expect my new player and today they sent us a prepaid UPS label along with return authorization forms. Giving it 4 stars only because of problem with one of the players."

"I own 3 of theese units. No problems with it at all. It stores well over 150 songs and more. Very easy to use. Very easy to download the software that comes with it."

"I bought two of these for Christmas. Red one for myself and the blue one for my husband. We have throughly enjoyed them. We both use them daily. I have a little speaker for mine that I use when I'm at work. Also great for working out. My husband love the radio feature. Can't wait to use it at the beach this summer. Excellent deal for the great price (got them when they were TSV)!"

"I bought this to listen to music, radio and downloaded books. I use it when I'm on the treadmill and when I'm in the car. I love it! It's easy to use and totally compatible with the FREE books I download from Georgia Library Download website."

"I have been waiting for a player that has a radio. Still using a walkman and cd/radio-player, I wasn't convinced with the products on the market. This is one of the BEST investments I've made in 2009. It's small, has numerous features, and an EQ. I purchased this item as the TSV and boy an I glad I did. Now all of my friends want to get a SanDisk. Being a music person this is perfect for me. It took more time to charge the battery than to up load 200 songs-it took seconds. For those of you who had problems, it's simple people, read the instructions or get a kid to help you. The tech support is fast and great. I use this everyday!"

"bought as a TSV for my hubby for Christmas. Very easy to load music on, but the connection for the headphones was broken and caused the player to skip. I tried updating the firmware and buying better headphones, but had to send it back. Was out of stock so QVC issued me a refund, but I did purchase the 16gb sandisk and have not had any trouble. I think we just got a bum player."

"My husband bought this for me as an early Christmas gift when it was the TSV on 12-17-08. It was easy enough to download the music (I am in no way computer savvy). So that was a feat in itself, for me. Didn't have any trouble, that is until I turned it on today 2-21-09. All I have is a white screen, the device will turn on and off but plays absolutely no music. I just searched on the web to find that I am not the only one with this problem! Too bad it's too late to return."

"This is so easy to play and it does everything they say it does. It is so small and has incredible capacity. We recorded a two day convention with absolutely no problems. It is so clear and understandable too. Many wonderful features."

"My husband got this for me for Christmas, when it was today's special value. After reading some of the bad reviews, I was worried. When I got it, opened it, was so excited to have FM stations, and was a piece of cake to download music, photos, whatever I wanted. Took me back to my childhood of the walkmans. Has awesome sound.

"Purchased this in pink, but it's more of a rose color. Anyway - I found it very easy to load music onto. Music comes through crisp and clear. Only wish there was a place to put a strap on it. I do however recommend it."

"I don't know what's all the hype about this particular mp3 player. The instructions were awful.Rhapsody is not easy to download, I tried on 2 different computers. Then I opened up my Windows Media to select the songs I wanted to sync. How about it synced all of my songs from Windows Media. I had to manually delete each one. I tried a again and it did the same thing. Then I tried to upload some family pictures. When I went back to view them it said jpeg not available. It was then that I packed that headache up and sent it on it's way. I will stick with my Go Gear. I had no problems what so ever with it. I might give this brand another try but not any time soon."

"I like mine--I guess I got lucky after reviewing some of the other problems. Mine works great. The instructions that come with the model are horrible! They need to work on that---The Rhapsody instructions are also non-existant--- took a long time to download the tunes to the player--not to mention i too had to turn off my virus software to download it-- i am doing my free 14 day membership but then will cancel it--not worth the hassle. I would buy another one--- took 2 days to figure out how to use it ( with NO help from the instructions). I cannot say enough about the lack of instructions--that is the biggest drawback"
