"I rate this a 5 star! I've purchased about 7 of these, kept one and given the others as gifts! Everyone has loved it! Its wonderful to wake up and just look up at the ceiling for the time. We are lost when we go anywhere overnight without it."

"I purchased this clock for myself and my family. I loved the fact that you could see the time on the wall and not have to get up to see the clock. My family loved the idea also. The wall display only work some of the time. We all have to pull the plug to reset about once a week in order to get the display to work! This is not a good thing. The other features are just normal but I do like the big display on the clock face. I also like the way the alarm gets louder as it goes on. The problem with the wall display should be addressed by the manufacturer!"

"My children got this for me as a gift and I love it. It has all the features we wanted like the sleep and dual alarms and I love the projection! Liked it so much we ordered three more as gifts. One will go to my Dad who commented on how nice it was when he was visiting."

"I bought this back in November 2007 and I have not had any trouble with the projector as some have stated. My power has gone off several times and I love not having to set this clock! I never have to worry again about losing power and making it to work on time!! I intend to give these as gifts this year for Christmas!!"

"I like the size of the display and the dual alarm feature, but the time projector doesn't work. It worked for the first week and then shut off during the night. I "rebooted" it by unplugging it and plugging it back in, and it worked just long enough for the 30 day return policy to expire. Now I don't try to use the projector at all. Yesterday I noticed that the projector was on when I got home - not a good thing. It's now unplugged, and I'm calling customer service today."

"I was really excited to receive this clock with the projector and was looking forward to also giving 2 as gifts. Unfortunately to my disappointment, the projector on the clock froze up after about a 1/2 hour of use to what seemed to be military time. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and again after a 1/2 hour it froze up. The other two that I gave as gifts also experienced the same problem. So I'm returning all 3 of them."

"I ordered this clock for myself and bought a second to keep as a gift. I gave it to my son for Christmas. We both really are pleased. I just came to the Q.com to order a third for my other son and read some of the reviews. I am so glad I didn't read any of them before I made my original purchase as they may have influenced that purchase. I have had no problems with the projection of the time, in fact it is exactly what I wanted and has lived up to the claims. As soon as stock becomes available, I will purchase a third and possibly a fourth to have as an extra gift. I hope that I will not experience any of the problems stated in other reviews. The features are great and so far the quality has been excellent."

"I love the idea of projection on the wall, but it worked only 1 night. Now it projects at random and never the correct time. And to think I bought 2, was going to give one as a gift but neither one works correctly. Now I am stuck with 2 of these sorry clocks."

"Received this clock as a gift for Christmas. Plugged it in, worked fine for 2 days then went completely blank! I can't get it to work at all with or without a new battery. DO NOT BUY THIS CLOCK!"

"It wouldn't work, right out of the box. The display would go to "888" and just sit there. Even after changing the batteries and manually setting the clock, it would not display the correct time. This is a dud. Sorry, Q, but I expected better. I didn't want to give it ANY stars."

"I should've read the reviews before I purchased! My bad! Like so many of the others, my projector worked for only two days. Very disappointed, because my son really like the idea of having the time projected on the wall. Next time, I'll read the reviews first. Too bad the quality control people at the "Q" don't!"

"I had gotten my daughter one back years ago, just one of the smaller ones.
Well she loves to beable now to just look up at the ceiling to see what time it is.

"Love the projection part, great reception where other clock radios have not had good reception. Wish the buzzer was a bit louder but, I can deal with it. and since i'm getting older, the larger numbers are a big thing in the middle of the night to see."

"This clock radio is to replace the 20 year old, ugly alarm clock that we had in the bedroom. I must say it still worked, but the white plastic was so yellow from just years of sun and life. This new little clock is awesome and being able to see the time illuminated on the ceiling is just the BEST!!! Excellent product for a really low, affordable price. I would buy one for anybody on my list."

"Was surprised to read the reviews, we have had no problems what-so-ever with this model. Plugged it in and it works as stated. We also own the regular smart set with no projector, love them.

"I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. I have another emerson which is why I wanted another one. You can't beat the smart set. The thing about this one is the projector. I'm one of those people that wake up several times during the night and when I do I see the time as clear as can be on my wall. It's the neatest thing!"
