"This product is good for convenience and I love the ability to program two different alarm times. It also is great when the power goes out. I only have one left because one quit working for some reason shortly after I bought it. The price was great for the quality and you can have matching alarm clocks in the bedroom. Overall I like it."

"I told one out of box & per the installion book I only had to set my time zone after that it has not skip a minute even when my power has gone out. The second one I gave to my mom cause where she lives they have alot of power outage. She loves her too. It is vey easy to set up."

"We received these clocks and as soon as my husband plugged them in he found problems. Wrong year on the one that worked. The other doesn't work at all. They, of course, can't just replace one so they are going back."

"I PURCHASED THESE CLOCKS A FEW WEEKS AGO AND THEY WORK REALLY WELL. MY MOM HAS ONE AND I HAVE ONE IN MY ROOM. THEY WERE REALLY EASY TO SET UP, ALL YOU DO IS TAKE THEM OUT OF THE BOX AND SET YOUR TIME ZONE AND THE CLOCK DOES THE REST OF THE WORK FOR YOU. THEY WERE A GREAT VALUE FOR 2 OF THEM. THANK YOU EMERSON AND QVC FOR BRINGING US A GREAT PRODUCT. I LIKE HOW THEY HAVE A VERY EASY TO READ DIGITAL DISPLAY AND THESE CLOCKS ARE MUCH EASIER TO OPERATE THE 2 ALARMS AND THE RADIO FUNCTIONS. I WOULD RECCOMEND THESE CLOCKS TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE ALARM CLOCK AND EASY TO USE."

"One clock was set for the yr 2006 & the other for 2005, both set for Jan 3rd. I reset date & time but could not reset the year. Emerson said they probably were set wrong at the factory & they were going to send me a new battery for one of the clocks, but since I couldn't change the year (which also means the day is off) what's the point!! Clocks are going back."

"Because of the reviews I checked first thing to make sure both work and they did. I bought this for a bday gift for husband and will give the other for a Christmas gift. I would have returned too if it didnt work. So far so good."

"Took them out of the box and plugged them in. Both were off by 5 minutes or so, in different directions! HUH? So, read the instructions and found that they say "if they are off, set manually and they will be reset to that time thereafter". Sure 'nuf. I set them both to correct time, unplugged, replugged, and they were correct. OK, Not exactly as described on TV but they're working OK now. Probably wouldn't give as a gift on the strength (or lack thereof) of the reviews."

"Opened box, plugged in...and the clock was wrong by three minutes compared to my cable and computer clocks and an older SmartSet. How can this be. didn't bother checking the second one and am returning both. Was hoping to upgrade from my older SmartSet to get one based on the new time changes, but guess this isn't going to be the one. How can the time be wrong!"

"I read the reviews on these clocks before purchasing them, but I decided to try them because with QVC I could return them. Our electricity goes off at least 3 to 4 times each week so these clocks have been great, they reset themselves. I have had them for a few weeks and they work as advertised. Very pleased with purchase just wish my microwave and oven clocks would do the same."

"I have purchased from QVC other Emerson clocks that are very similar to these and they were fine. The price was good but only one clock was functional. As expected QVC took care of the problem, but I was disappointed not to have the 2 clocks."

"I love these clocks. I had one of the older models before they changed the day light savings dates and loved it and this one is just as great. Easy to set up and I have not had any problems with this clock or the previous one."

"Great price for 2 alarm clocks and the features sounded great. One battery was dead right out of the box. Have not had a chance to locate this type of battery and replace it yet. The other clock is working fine. Easy to understand directions."

"This is my fourth purchased of these fantastic alarm clock radios. I purchased the original one that was shown on QVC years, ago. Then I gave both my daughters and granddaughter one for Christmas in 2005. Everyone loves the feature where the clock reset after a power outage. Plus when you plug it into the wall socket for the first time everything is set for you. I will purchase another in the future for other family members and friends."

"I really hope that QVC reads these reviews. I usually only send good review but, I felt that I needed to let people know my experience. I am happy to report that one of my clocks works. But like a lot of the reviewers my second clock didn't work at all. I got it out of the box plugged it in and nothing....I jiggled the cord, pushed the buttons and it still will not work. This seems to be a problem that I hope will be addressed and resolved. Thank you for reading this."

"Imagine a clock that can be programmed to remember what time I want to wake up on the workday or weekend, and will stay set even if unplugged. Awesome -I loved it. Bought two--one for hubby and one for myself."

"When I opened the first box, it looked like it had possibly already been used (the cord was not neatly folded up). I plugged it in anyhow, and nothing happened. Also, the low battery light was already on. I returned it without a problem, and I asked QVC to reimburse me for the shipping costs since the product was defective. They did, but it was just frustrating to have to re-package it and send it back."

One clock did not operate

"I opened the box and plugged in the first clock and it did nothing. I had read that some people needed to hand set the clock, so I got the second clock out of the box and plugged it in. The second clock started right up. I checked the first clock and there was no power to it at all. None of the buttons nor the radio worked. I called Emerson and they said that it wasn't functioning and to send it back to QVC. I asked them if they checked the clocks before they went out and he said that they do random checks, but sometimes unworking items get through."
